Patrick R. Sullivan has practiced with Garland, Samuel & Loeb since 2010. His practice is devoted primarily to criminal defense and civil litigation. A native of Atlanta, Patrick attended Emory University where he graduated from the Goizueta School of Business with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. After graduation, Patrick chose to attend the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated in 2010.

Patrick has always had an interest in criminal defense. This interest in criminal law only grew stronger while attending law school and interning at Catholic Charities Legal Services in Miami and at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta. While at Catholic Charities Legal Services he gained experience by providing discounted legal services to the less fortunate in the areas of criminal law, immigration law, and family law. The following year Patrick interned at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals where he gained valuable knowledge and experience about the federal appellate process, working on both criminal and civil cases.
